What You’ll Do

As our Construction Manager
, you’re the captain who ensures every project is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You’ll lead production teams and subcontractors, keep projects moving, and create an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review sold projects to ensure they meet production standards and timelines
  • Read and interpret construction drawings
  • Prepare or manage material take-offs
  • Schedule and confirm accurate material deliveries
  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors, and trades to hit project deadlines
  • Build and execute weekly production goals and plans
  • Clearly communicate all project details to crews
  • Update customers onsite, including changes due to site conditions
  • Monitor job costing to keep projects on budget
  • Execute all pre- and post-construction procedures
  • Manage warranty items quickly and professionally
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members
  • Provide ongoing feedback to crews to elevate quality
  • Improve systems, tools, and processes to boost client satisfaction and profitability
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of construction experience (management experience preferred)
  • High standards for customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across several projects
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Solid desktop & mobile tech abilities
    , including intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate tradesmen
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to complete a background check
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
