In this role, you will support day-to-day site operations, establish and maintain project schedules, manage field personnel, and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track. You will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, enforce safety and quality standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile commercial projects.

This role would suit an Assistant Superintendent from a construction background looking to work on high-profile projects while accelerating their career into a senior leadership position.

• Assist in managing multiple commercial projects from start to finish
• Support on-site operations, safety, scheduling and subcontractor coordination
• Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure execution, communication and project delivery.

• Commercial Construction Foreman / Assistant Superintendent experience
• Knowledge of construction drawings, site management software, and scheduling.
• Strong track record of keeping projects on schedule
