We are looking for experienced Superintendents for commercial projects in the Hampton Roads area
. This role leads all on‑site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Note: Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Hampton Roads. Please include a detailed list of projects you have worked on with your resume when applying.

• Lead all on‑site construction operations for assigned projects
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers on scheduling, logistics, and budgets
• Oversee subcontractor performance, quality, and compliance with project timelines
• Maintain and organize all contract documents and daily reports
• Conduct and document pre‑construction and subcontractor meetings
• Prepare 3‑week lookahead schedules, safety reports, incident logs, and material deliveries
• Enforce all SBBCC safety and quality control procedures on site
• Support project start‑up, closeout, and issue resolution
• Must be able to obtain access to military facilities

• 5–7 years of commercial construction experience (general contracting preferred)
• Proven experience managing field teams and subcontractors
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and LEED practices
• Prior leadership experience on job sites preferred
