What You’ll Do

• 📋
  Support the Superintendent – assist in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
• 🗓 Plan and execute – help maintain 3‑week lookaheads, coordinate daily work sequences, and prepare for upcoming activities.
• 🛡
  Lead safety from the front – enforce site‑specific safety plans, monitor compliance, and ensure a culture of accountability.

  Document the day – maintain accurate daily logs, timecards, deliveries, and reports to support smooth communication with the office.
• 🔍
  Guard quality – review work for accuracy against plans and specifications, support inspections, and assist with punch list completion.
• 🤝
  Be the bridge – communicate clearly between field teams, project managers, and clients to keep progress seamless and issues resolved quickly.
• 🧭
  Problem‑solve in real time – anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and keep the project moving without compromise.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2–+ years of experience in commercial construction or field supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with field teams and leadership.
• Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform roof and site inspections.
• Driven, dependable, and eager to grow into a full Superintendent role.
