Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction and network installation business, is hiring Crew Leaders for underground construction projects in the Henrico, VA area. The Foreman will be responsible for assisting the supervisor by leading field crews to meet project goals safely.

Responsibilities

Lead on various projects

Ensure accuracy of timesheets and expense reports

Develop work-around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer issues, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.

Monitor Quality Assurance and ensure installations meet customer specifications and industry standards

Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews during their work

Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project

May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance

Requirements & Qualifications

Demonstrated extensive electrical distribution construction experience, particularly with duct banks

Previous experience working from blueprints and specifications

High school education or equivalent classes in industry-related courses

Starting pay $25 - $30/hour depending on experience and certifications
