Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day onsite construction operations across various project types.

Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, and quality control.

Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

Experience in restaurants, retail, healthcare, or similar fast-paced environments.

Proven leadership in site management and maintaining client relationships.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and scheduling tools.
