Our client, a national home-services brand with strong local reviews, is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Supervisor to add to their team in Midlothian, VA. You’ll oversee daily field operations for all commercial and residential projects – coordinating crews/subcontractors, confirming materials, and keeping work on schedule and to customer specification – while communicating updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring project delivery and an excellent customer experience.

Project Supervisor (crew supervision + construction/building trades exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Work with customers to confirm details on scope of work for all new jobs
• Partner with commercial and residential sales teams to coordinate new jobs to completion
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, internal teams and contractors
• Coach project supervisors to drive performance and accountability
• Conduct site inspections for safety, workmanship quality, and progress
• Lead safety meetings and training, promote site safety, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Track and manage labor hours and material costs
• Deliver a standout customer experience on every project

Project Supervisor (crew supervision + construction/building trades exp. req.) Qualifications

• Experience supervising field-based crews required
• Experience in a customer-facing role required
• Experience or familiarity with construction/building trades required
• Basic computer proficiency required
