• Draft social media posts and website copy for assigned events
• Create event landing pages in Cvent and manage registration updates
• Collaborate with various teams for event-related marketing efforts and contract tracking
• Perform venue research and manage event logistics, including F&B arrangements and A/V setups

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in an event coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Cvent or Salesforce is a plus

• Comfortable with learning new technology
• Proven ability to effectively self-start and meet deadlines
• Strong time-management and project management skills
