I earned a degree in Geology and began my State Farm journey in Auto Claims back in 1987, right out of college. Before that, I spent time working on oil rigs during summers and breaks. My passion for this industry runs deep—my mother was the first female Fire Adjuster for State Farm in Oklahoma. Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, and proud grandfather who enjoys spending time with family and giving back to the community.
I’m a board member of Therapeutic Adventures, a nonprofit providing outdoor recreation to individuals with special needs—including fly fishing, canoeing, and our standout adaptive ski program at Massanutten Resort. I also stay active with the youth group at my church.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative with the Greg Leffler State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- This role also requires creativity and understanding of digital marketing and social media tactics
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
