Operations Co-Ordinator / Customer Service Officer

Purpose of the Position

The Operations Co‑Ordination/Customer Service Officer will support the Queensland General Manager and the operations team to ensure the seamless service delivery across Queensland and Northern NSW. The customer‑facing element of this role will see you engage with customers over the phone and support the operations of our rug wash facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager and the Operations Management team in operations scheduling and management reporting
  • Assist with the management of our Qld fleet of 55 vehicles and the related equipment
  • Liaise with suppliers and repairers to ensure efficient servicing and repairs for fleet and equipment
  • Customer service support for our rug wash business including greeting customers, providing pricing and quotations along with schedule of work
  • Answer phone calls, handle customer complaints and general administrative tasks as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong accuracy in processing data
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Previous experience in a high‑volume administration role or working in a business with exposure to a customer service role is preferred but not required
