Technical Support Tier 1

Customer Service Tech Support

Herndon, VA | Pay: $25 per hour

• 1+ year of Technical Support experience with customer service
• Experience utilizing a CRM ticketing system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of MS Windows and network functions
• Knowledge of computer hardware
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in person, over the phone, and on TEAMS
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to provide concise information to clients

• Liaison between the Tech Support department and Clients
• Set up and schedule software installations
• Process warranties once client sign on for software
• Document and update client notes in CRM
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
• Identify customer technical issues and work to resolve
• Update call log with information regarding technical issues and client interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with team members
