We are looking for a reliable, mature sales and customer service professional! Must be willing to work a weekend day, as well as evenings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
- Check in clients through booking system
- Multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health / wellness benefits of massage and skin care
- Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Various other duties
- Relevant skills in the spa and customer service industry
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications, Spa Soft and basic cash / credit card transaction requirements
- Excellent personal appearance
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
