* Qualifications:

* ** Doctor of Medicine (MD)
** or
** Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)**
* ** Board Certified or Board Eligible**
* ** Virginia Medical License** (or eligibility)
* ** Valid DEA controlled substance registration
*** 1–3 years of experience or successful completion of residency in internal medicine or related specialty
