Great opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician looking for a blended practice in a split schedule between outpatient clinic and Hospitalist.
Clinic Details- May be BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- On-site Chronic Disease Management nursing support
- Nurse Online Triage 24/7
- Multi-specialty clinic includes: 6 Family Medicine with 4 advanced practitioners with Integrated Behavioral Health, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, Consultative Pediatrics, General Surgery, and numerous visiting specialties
- EPIC EMR
- Staffing model of 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on days and 1 dedicated physician nocturnist
- Average team census 24-28 patients, includes admissions
- Typical 7-day on, 7-day off schedule throughout the year; 175 shifts is considered full-time. Flexible scheduling
- Hospitalist-run ICU
- Requires ventilator management for 24-48hrs. Critical Care consults easily accessible
- Additional subspecialty consults easily accessible via phone or telehealth
- Procedures not required
- Full laboratory; radiology to include MRI and CT services
- Additional inpatient services:
General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedic Surgery, Obstetrics/Gynecology
- Compensation: $307,317 - $368,464
- Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
