** Opportunity Highlights:

* OP General GI-only.
* Up to four procedural days, with one day in clinic.
* Strong Advanced Practice Provider support in clinic.
* Strong referral base and physician marketing support.
* Base salary - $550,000 plus productivity compensation.
* Quality Performance Incentive - $24,500/year.
