General Statement of DutiesThe employee in this classification provides instruction to students in Henrico County Public Schools.
Essential Duties- Follows lesson plans submitted by the regular classroom teacher
- Ensures classroom management
- Serves appropriate duty assignments
- Leaves appropriate documentation for the teacher
- Performs other duties as assigned by the school
- Have minimum of 60 credit hours or 2 years working with children.
- Have completed the Child Abuse and Neglect Recognition and Intervention training. All Substitute Positions require a Child Abuse and Neglect Recognition and Intervention certificate. $22.67 per hour
