Vet Evolve is a people-first organization that provides industry know-how and reliable support to veterinary teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional patient care. We customize our approach to partnering with DVMs to ensure they are achieving their career goals and are fulfilled personally, professionally, and financially.

The student ambassador is responsible for helping Vet Evolve engage with the student body in order to introduce students to Vet Evolve to learn about opportunities, support and insight we can provide as they transition from academia to their first position as a licensed veterinarian.

• Act as a liaison between Vet Evolve and veterinary students, clubs, professors and university personnel.
• Brainstorm ideas with Vet Evolve contact person to create educational, engaging and unique events for students.
• Coordinate and execute campus outreach events such as, in person one on ones, virtual events, advertise events to the student body, assist with catering as needed.
• Responsible for timely registration of Vet Evolve for job fairs, posts on school social media, job boards and notifies the student body the variety of opportunities within Vet Evolve.
• Manages attendance expectations for all events hosted by Vet Evolve in all settings.
• Promote student knowledge of, and participation in, our externship program.
• Assist Vet Evolve with outreach to at least 75% of graduating class to include email, networking events,off campus events, touch points etc.
• Act as a resource to students related to the opportunities in our network and make information about our group available to students.
• Participate in monthly check in calls with Vet Evolve company partner and assist with marketing efforts on social media sites (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram) on a monthly basis.
• Become familiar with our family of hospitals, leaders and staff.

• Become a part of the Vet Evolve family of veterinary professionals and make connections on-the-job
• through a customized externship, internship and/or summer work experience.
• Signing bonus and relocation reimbursement to join a Vet Evolve practice post graduation.
• Fun!
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year students.
• A student currently enrolled and who is actively engaged in the student community and is willing to interact with others outside of their respective class.
• Not be employed with another veterinary group as a student ambassador.
• A student who is also a school ambassador is eligible to apply.
