Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Design, procure, and validate manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for quality improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with CAD software for tooling, fixture, and assembly design.
- Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and robotics in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced automation or robotics programming (e.g., collaborative robots, vision systems)
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for manufacturing data analysis
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Additive Manufacturing technologies and processes
