Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality using statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage supplier quality, including audits, material qualifications, and performance monitoring.
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and facilitate timely resolutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills.

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for advanced data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean manufacturing principles or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Project management experience for quality improvement initiatives.
