The Quality Control Supervisor reports to the Quality Control Manager, and shall be independent of cost and schedule considerations. The Quality Control Supervisor has the authority to document, implement and maintain the Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP);
Identify and record quality problems and problems related to the effective implementation of the PQAP;
Initiate, recommend, monitor and report implementation of actions required to address quality related issues or provide solutions to such problems through designated channels;
