Our client is seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to support critical manufacturing operations within a regulated, cGMP-controlled environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make an impact by ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality products. You’ll work cross-functionally, lead validation projects, and help maintain audit-ready standards across equipment, processes, and utilities.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Pay: $34–$38.50/hour

• Plan, review, and execute validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment, processes, cleaning, and utilities, including USP water and compressed air systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, protocols, reports, and templates to support consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Operations to guide equipment requirements, support investigations, and provide technical expertise during audits.
• Review analytical and microbial testing, assist with environmental monitoring, and coordinate with external labs.
• Lead validation projects independently while staying current on regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
• 1–3 years of validation experience in a cGMP environment (cosmetics, pharma, or personal care preferred).
• Strong skills in equipment and system qualification, protocol development, technical writing, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with root cause analysis, deviation support, and environmental monitoring is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
