Fall 2026 Co-op – Quality Engineering

As a Fall 2026 Co-op – Quality Engineering at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in our Essex, VT plant, you will be part of the beverage revolution. You will be working in a challenging, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces all of KDP's hot beverages. You will have responsibility to provide the site with improvements and opportunities to grow professionally. You will work across multiple departments and build a strong network.

Schedule:

  • The KDP 2026 Fall program will run from July 13th – December 11th, 2026
  • Location:

    Essex, VT
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm
Responsibilities
  • Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including Daily Management Systems for day-to-day operations, new equipment startups, and innovative product qualifications
  • Assist with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance work streams
  • Support daily manufacturing operations to deliver targeted safety, quality, production, and cost results
  • Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to all levels including senior management
  • Undertake and complete simple or basic project development tasks such as writing/verifying specifications, maintaining product/process documentation, testing processes, equipment, raw materials and product, and validating equipment and processes
  • Contribute to problem solving, cost reduction, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze downtime data and maintain action plans using lean methodology
  • Collect and calculate savings data on improvement projects
  • Recommend methods for improving efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities

Total Rewards
  • $31.00 per hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements
  • Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another Manufacturing-related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with Power BI and trending data is preferred
  • Experience with Solid Works and 3D printing is a plus
