You can be located anywhere in the US; highly willing to travel to client projects on a long‑term basis.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with preconstruction manager, project managers, engineers, superintendents, contractors and project services staff to plan and schedule projects from conceptual planning through engineering and construction.
- Ensure short‑term and long‑term objectives are achieved, create and manage schedule logic, constraints, realistic activity durations, and resource availability.
- Evaluate effects of design changes and schedule delays and communicate updates to management and clients.
- Engage stakeholders, including Owner, General Contractor, AE, Subcontractors, and Suppliers; attend meetings and present reports.
- Track project progress by metrics and reporting, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Integrate sequencing adjustments and quality assurance as required.
- Continuously seek improvements through innovative technologies or methodologies.
- 10+ years of related scheduling work experience.
- Experience scheduling $50 M+ projects in general construction, electrical construction, manufacturing construction, technology or infrastructure (utilities, communication, buildings, or energy) industries.
- Proficient in gathering, maintaining, reporting and analyzing schedule data.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport; willingness and ability to travel (estimated 70 %+).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong time management and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Administrative experience: preparing progress reports and arranging meetings.
- Ability to develop and maintain project plans.
