Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

• Design, develop, and program PLC/HMI applications for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Commission, test, and troubleshoot industrial control systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex automation issues to minimize production downtime.
• Optimize existing control system performance, reliability, and safety through continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical schematics, control documentation, and software backups.

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and sensor technologies.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and machine safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation and electrical issues.
• Proven experience in the commissioning, startup, and optimization of automated manufacturing equipment.

• Experience with industrial robotics, machine vision systems, or laser systems.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and/or MES (Manufacturing Execution System) integration.
• Familiarity with industrial network architectures (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and OT cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with CAD software for electrical schematics and panel layouts (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
