At RJE Telecom, as an OSP Engineering Project Manager, you’ll oversee Engineers and coordinate with customers and clients.

• Oversee engineers and coordinate with customers and clients
• Be familiar with outside plant engineering concepts (e.g. copper cable, fiber optic cable)
• Determine routing of copper and fiber cables
• Provide administrative and field support for the outside plant and provisioning process
• Interact with on-line computer systems that VERIZON requires
• Complete all required forms and documents
• Utilize telecommunication planning techniques
• Have knowledge of PC applications and the mechanized support systems
• All other duties as assigned

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of the complete network, including outside plant portion, digital switching, digital cross connects, digital carrier and fiber technologies
• Knowledge of PC software package tools, including word processing (i.e. Word, Excel, and Power Point) and all on-line computer systems that VERIZON requires

• Routinely : sit, stand, and walk frequently; communicate in English with coworkers, customers, and the general public in written and verbal forms
• Occasionally : lift or move items under 25 pounds

Salary Range $50,000 to 60,000 per year based on experience
