As a Financial Advisor at First Financial Group, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their financial journey. You will be provided with comprehensive training and support, allowing you to build a rewarding career while helping clients achieve their financial goals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice tailored to clients' objectives.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to create effective strategies for wealth management.
• Educate clients on insurance products, investment options, and retirement planning.
• Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated and self‑driven with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Understanding of financial products and services.
• Relevant certifications (Life and Health license, Series 7, Series 66) or willingness to obtain them.
• Active involvement in community service or professional organizations.
• Experience with financial planning software.

Compensation:
This is a performance based career. Compensation will be based off experience if you are currently a licensed Financial Advisor. We also have entry‑level roles that provide a base plus commissions where first‑year earnings are typically from $78,000 to $150,000 per year.
