• Evaluate, verify, and process service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, and broker/dealer operations
• Process mutual fund and/or stock transactions and maintain shareholder records
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of business support representatives
• Troubleshoot and record requests from shareholders and institutions
• Analyze issues within established practices to assign tasks and guide daily team activities

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 4 years of related experience
• Strong understanding of mutual fund and stock operations
• Proven experience in processing service requests within the financial services sector
• Ability to lead and support a team in a dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within financial services
• Familiarity with NSCC, DTC, and broker/dealer operations
• Additional certifications related to financial services or management
