- Record, classify, and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and control company expenses, revenues, and approved budgets.
- Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports.
- Verify, review, and approve invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Coordinate with production, services, and procurement departments on financial matters.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee-related financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial information.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong working knowledge of Quick Books (Desktop or Online).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and integrated financial modules.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets accurately.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and professional ethics.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in accounting or finance (such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Additional training or courses in accounting software (Quick Books, ERP systems) is preferred.
