• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting
• Partner directly with the CFO to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives
• Lead projects that enhance financial operations, data accuracy, and performance insights across the operating portfolio
• Play a key role in supporting fund audits, valuations, and compliance

• Proven experience in fund accounting, public accounting, management consulting, or audit
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong technical accounting background and financial acumen
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally to drive key organizational initiatives
