• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll tax filings and reports.
• Assist with audits and ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Work with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related matters.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday).
• Understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
