Cash Management Analyst

Cash Management Analyst – Richmond, VA

Base pay range: $31.00/hr – $35.00/hr

• Address and resolve outstanding items within financial accounts to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Prepare and post journal entries related to banking and disbursement activities
• Migrate and reconcile transaction data between financial systems
• Review and process a high volume of transaction line items with attention to detail
• Match transactions to general ledger entries and supporting documentation
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank activity and accounting records
• Support reconciliation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of cash-related accounts

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems
• Basic proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
