Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support a program at Dahlgren Naval Base.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
This position is contingent upon award.
How Role will make an impact:- Financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes
- Integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting
- Coordinate of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects
- Clearance:
Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance - Two (2) years of work-related experience in management support.
- Demonstrated technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR, three (3) years of specialized experience in:
- Financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes
- Integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.
- Skill set requires demonstrating both a comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices along with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents utilizing the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of products and providing management support.
- Experience in processing complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns, participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews and program technical meetings, and providing status and inputs to technical reports, white papers and meetings.
- This position is required to be designated as IAT II level
