Overview
STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst to join our team!

- Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
- Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).
- Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
- Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Education:
Senior - MA/MS degree - Required Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Desired
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience supporting NAVAIR acquisition programs. Experience with development of a transition plans pertaining to fielding and employment of the next generation of aircraft. Experience with coordination and direction of cross functional teams.
Position is contingent upon award.
