Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. As an Esthetician, you will help clients experience the difference between "getting a facial" and "having a skincare ritual" by providing world‑class client experiences, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing education.

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world‑class client experience by performing top‑level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.

$35,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
