We’re looking for talented and passionate Spa Therapists to join the team at Ardencote, delivering exceptional
treatments within a luxury spa environment

As a Spa Therapist, you’ll be at
the heart of our guests’ spa experience. From the moment they arrive for their
treatment, you’ll take the time to understand what they need, provide expert
advice and deliver a personalised experience that leaves them feeling relaxed,
refreshed and wanting to return

• Delivering a range of professional spa treatments
  to an exceptional and consistent standard
• Carrying out thoughtful guest consultations and
  tailor treatments to individual needs
• Creating a warm, welcoming and relaxing experience
  from consultation through to aftercare
• Building genuine rapport with guests, encouraging
  repeat visits and rebooking
• Providing knowledgeable aftercare advice and
  recommend suitable retail products
• Maintaining beautifully presented, clean and
  welcoming treatment rooms
• Keeping treatments running smoothly and to schedule
  while never compromising the guest experience
• Supporting spa promotions, events and busy service
  periods
• Working closely with our Therapy, Retail and wider
  Spa teams to create a seamless guest journey
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene,
  cleanliness, treatment safety and record keeping

You’ll be someone who combines
excellent technical skills with a genuine passion for people and wellbeing

Ideally, you will have:

• A relevant Spa Therapy qualification, such as
  NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent practical treatment skills and excellent
  attention to detail
• A warm, confident and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for wellness, beauty and guest
  care
• Confidence recommending products and treatments
  based on individual guest needs
• The ability to remain calm, organised and
  guest-focused in a busy spa environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and
  weekends

You’ll have the opportunity to

Whether you’re helping a guest
completely switch off, recommending the perfect product to continue their
experience at home or welcoming them back for their next treatment, you’ll play
an important part in making Ardencote somewhere our guests want to return to
time and again.

  & part-time

• Working between 2 & 5 out of 7 days a week
• Shift Pattern: As required
• Full flexibility is key as you will be expected
  to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
  at the time of application and throughout their employment. Unfortunately,
