We are looking for the best and brightest to join our team! Lighthouse Senior Care Consultants provides one of a kind personalized care management in Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. areas. We are a client-centered elder care management company that is focused on caring for older adults as they navigate the health care system and their aging journey. Our vision is to create a community were seniors and their families experience care and support that reflects God's Love.

Our Mission is to provide professional guidance to our clients and their families—to be the light for them on their aging journey. We offer a wide range of professional services that are customized and tailored to each individual client and their personal circumstances. We work with our clients in their environment: home, hospital, nursing home, or assisted living communities. Our company provides regular team member support/supervision, bi-monthly group meetings, and a supportive collegial environment.
