Certified Surgical Technologist – PRN (Surgical Technologist Certified PRN)

Stone Springs Hospital Center, a leading 120+ bed community hospital located in Loudoun County, is hiring an enthusiastic Surgical Technologist Certified PRN to support our operating room teams.

• Set up the sterile surgical field using aseptic technique, following the surgeon’s preferences for instrumentation and wound closure.
• Assist the circulating OR Registered Nurse with operating room set up, equipment placement, and patient positioning, and break down of the instrument table.
• Perform supply management duties, including instrument table organization and instrument re‑sterilization support.
• Support the surgical team by maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant OR environment.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (ST) or completion of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Prior OR experience and familiarity with surgical instrumentation and sterile technique.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Washington, DC – $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
