Charles Taylor Safety Solutions is seeking a Safety Manager in Dulles, VA.

• 1099 contract position.
• 40-50 hours per week (Mon-Fri; Sat as needed).
• 6‑month term.
• On‑site work with client, overseeing steel erection and paneling on a large commercial construction project.
• OSHA‑510 certification within the last 24 months or BCSP certification, or degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• At least 5 years of on‑site safety management oversight on a large commercial construction project.

• Conduct project safety inspections and orientations.
• Provide safety training as requested/required.
• Observe and monitor worksite employees and safety practices.
• Review documents, handle contractor correspondence, and manage safety documentation.
• Perform other tasks within the EHS profession as dictated by skillset, certification, and authorization.
• Communicate safety standards among trades, GC, and subcontractors.
