Charles Taylor Safety Solutions is seeking a Safety Manager in Dulles, VA.
Project Details- 1099 contract position.
- 40-50 hours per week (Mon-Fri; Sat as needed).
- 6‑month term.
- On‑site work with client, overseeing steel erection and paneling on a large commercial construction project.
- OSHA‑510 certification within the last 24 months or BCSP certification, or degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- At least 5 years of on‑site safety management oversight on a large commercial construction project.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct project safety inspections and orientations.
- Provide safety training as requested/required.
- Observe and monitor worksite employees and safety practices.
- Review documents, handle contractor correspondence, and manage safety documentation.
- Perform other tasks within the EHS profession as dictated by skillset, certification, and authorization.
- Communicate safety standards among trades, GC, and subcontractors.
