Licensed Massage Therapist – Richmond The Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our Richmond location. As a full‑time team member, you’ll provide personalized treatments in a professional, welcoming environment.

• Average total annual compensation $88,000 (base salary, commission, tips) for 30 service hours per week.
• Base rate $20–$25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage.
• Uncapped commission $5–$9 per 50‑minute massage.
• Tips 18 – 25 % of the non‑member price; average tip $20–$30 per service.
• Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day.
