, we’re dedicated to providing compassionate care and creating a welcoming environment for our residents. We’re currently seeking a Dietary Aide who takes pride in serving nutritious, high-quality meals and delivering excellent customer service.

• Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks according to resident dietary plans and facility menus.
• Ensure proper portion control and food presentation.
• Set up, deliver, and collect meal trays and dining room service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with state and facility regulations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment following safe food-handling procedures.
• Stock and organize food supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents’ nutritional needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality setting preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!).
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and infection control standards is a plus.

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
