- Must have PCA Certificate or non‑expired Certification for CNA.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate, etc.).
- Certification of Completion from an approved 40‑hour PCA class.
- CNA license, if applicable.
- PPD/TB test or Chest X‑ray (less than 5 years). Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Reliable transportation.
- First Aid/CPR card. Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
