• Average total compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000, based on 30 service hours/week.
• Base rate of $20 to $25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage.
• Uncapped commission structure of $5 to $9 per 50‑minute massage.
• Tips average 18% to 25% of the non‑member price; average tip on base service $20‑$30.
• Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day.
