As a BCBA, you’ll have access to complimentary CEU classes provided by our director of clinical operations. You’ll receive support and guidance on managing your caseload. Additionally, your RBTs will be thoroughly trained before joining you on any case. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. Furthermore, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with all BCBA’s, fostering a collaborative environment.
Lastly, we provide an abundance of resources to assist you in effectively navigating and managing cases.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based ABA interventions. The role includes supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), educating parents and caregivers to support treatment goals, and analyzing data to monitor and adjust client progress. The BCBA will collaborate closely with families to ensure effective and meaningful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and Behavior Analysis techniques
- Experience in parent education and building caregiver skills to support therapy goals
- Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management strategies
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining collaboration with team members
- Commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis and client confidentiality
- Familiarity with various environments for treatment implementation (home, community, clinical settings) is a plus
