Bilingual Spanish Speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Galaxy ABA Therapy
Base pay range$80,000 - $100,000 per year

- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
