We're excited to welcome an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our team at Perfect Pair ABA! As a RBT, you will facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. Job Duties and Responsibilities:Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA
Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning
Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition
Qualifications and Skills:
Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
