BCBA

• Provides direct instruction and oversight for assigned client(s).
• Completes duties related to supervision and direct instruction of clients to include completing service notes and completing necessary reports to ensure proper billing.
• Service notes are completed with 24 hours of service delivery
• Provide initial and ongoing assessments for clients (e.g., VB-MAPP, FBA, ABLLS-R) at least every 6 months
• Provide initial and ongoing training to ABA Therapists (if applicable)
• Responsible for developing treatment, behavior, and service plans as outlined by insurance requirements
• Responsible for overseeing family training that integrates evidence-based behavioral strategies to be implemented in the home and/or natural environment
• Meet with families on a weekly to review progress related to treatment plan including curriculum and behavior plan
• Analyze and graph data related to treatment and modify programs as needed
• Collaborate with outside agency team members (i.e IEP team, speech therapists, OTs)
• Complete clinical audit of service and session notes
• Manages the authorization and reauthorization process for all assigned clients in a timely manner
• Attend weekly meetings with assigned supervisor to review productivity goals
• Weekly productivity goal is 100%- Entire-time during the week is spent on client-related tasks

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an

accredited college or university;
Licensed by the state as an LBA.

Knowledge of developmental disabilities including PDD and autism; ABA Therapy;

youth and family counseling; knowledge of principles and techniques of basic

interviewing and assessment skills; working knowledge of human services system, roles

of human services personnel, and relevant community resources; ability to maintain

effective working relationships with other social services providers, service purchasers, and clients.
