Sentara Health Plans is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family & Internal Medicine Physicians at the Ponds Way location in Woodbridge, VA. This on-site, full-time role runs 7am–5:30pm, with 36 patient visits and 4 hours of admin time in a collaborative practice of 7 physicians and 6 APPs.
Minimum requirements include an active NP/PA license and a master’s degree; family medicine experience is preferred.
