Our Housekeepers play an important role in the comfort of our senior living residents. They ensure the cleanliness of resident rooms and apartments while respecting their personal items and space. They also clean common areas and bathrooms. The right person for this role is friendly, attentive, detail‑oriented, and enjoys working with our senior residents.

The Laundry Aide is responsible for performing the duties necessary to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all resident and facility laundry.

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting
• Taking out the trash
• Cleaning/disinfecting bathrooms
• Cleaning windows
• Cleaning carpets
• Other tasks as requested by supervisor
• Keeping the laundry room and laundry storage areas clean and orderly
• Keeping laundry equipment clean and in working order; reports all malfunctions to supervisor
• Maintains adequate inventory of laundry to residents within 24-48 hours or receipt
• Picks up dirty laundry from housekeeping carts as needed
• Performs janitorial duties as assigned
• Reports to work in uniform assigned
• Participates in in‑service training
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and bend, crawl, stoop, push, and lift as needed
• Practices safety procedures and complies with established reporting of accidents and injuries

• Ability to operate industrial laundry and carpet‑cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
