• Experience in design and delivery of talent acquisition programs having organization-wide impact.
• Responsible for the overarching strategies, standard operating procedures and the day-to-day service delivery effectiveness of the recruitment arm of the Talent Acquisition function.
• Full life cycle recruitment process for entry level through senior executive positions, including the management of the Authority’s employee job posting process.
• Provides organizational leaders with subject matter expertise on recruiting strategies and design and implementation of cutting-edge programs to enable the authority to successfully approach the competitive marketplace for top talent.

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, the Behavioral Sciences or a Human Resources related field. AIRS recruiter designation additionally preferred.

• Six (6) years of direct multi-discipline, high volume corporate and/or outsourced recruitment operations management experience.
• Experience in the design and delivery of talent acquisition programs having organization-wide impact.
• Experience with:
  Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Communication Tool:
  Slack or Teams.

Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one‑half hour unpaid lunch break.

Overtime:
Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
