Haalufa USA, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented professional to fill a Recruiter Position in the DMV Area – District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. • Consults and advises hiring managers on the overall hiring process.
• Collaborates on job requisitions details and creation, and advises on the effective candidate assessment/interview techniques.
• Reviews job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche web sites.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Behavioral Science.

• Mid-Level, Six (6) years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience with:
  Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Communication Tool:
  Slack or Teams.

Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break.

Overtime:
Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
